Gammon India Limited

Our office is located in House No.-143, right in Sector-15/A of Chandigarh. Being in Chandigarh is a bit different from other places because the city is so organized and clean. The streets are wide and the sectors are easy to find if you have the house number. We are the local branch for Gammon India Limited. Our workspace is just a regular house that we have converted into an office for our daily needs. It has a bit of a yard out front where we park our scooters and the occasional car that comes for a delivery. Inside, it is mostly quiet, which helps us focus on all the planning and coordination we have to do for our projects. We are not a massive team here, just a few of us who know each other quite well. We do not really go for all those polished corporate meetings or fancy presentations. Instead, we just sit around a simple table and figure out what needs to happen next on the schedule. Sometimes we go for a short walk in the sector park during the lunch break just to get some fresh air. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do have our busy days when deadlines are close. It does not feel like a big industrial firm when you are sitting in a converted living room, but the work we do is very much real. We just like keeping things simple.
