G S M Properties is located in Sector 22B in Chandigarh. We are right there at House Number 1246. If you know Chandigarh, you know Sector 22 is a busy place, but the residential parts like 22B have their own rhythm. We’ve been operating out of this house for a while. It’s a lot more comfortable than being in one of those cold, glass office buildings in the commercial sectors. We deal with properties all around the city, but obviously, we know the local streets here the best. People usually just drop by when they see our name on the gate. We don't do much in terms of flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from neighbors or people who have heard about us from their friends. We sit in the front room, look at the listings, and try to match people with what they are looking for. Chandigarh has strict rules about property, so we spend a good chunk of our time making sure all the files are in order. Sometimes we have to run down to the estate office, which can take all afternoon. Our desk is usually covered in folders and maps of the different sectors. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to the people we are helping. It’s not corporate; it’s just a local business helping people find a place to stay or invest in this city. We've been at it for years now.
