Our office is actually inside the Kendriya Vihar Society in Sector 25, Panchkula. It is a bit different from a typical commercial office because it’s in a residential society. The address is C-192. It is much quieter here than it would be in the middle of Chandigarh or a big industrial area. We like it because it is a bit more peaceful, though we still do all the same freight work as everyone else. We handle shipping, containers, and all the logistics that go along with that. Most of the people working here are local to Panchkula or live nearby in the society. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to navigate the shipping industry. We spend our mornings checking emails from overseas and our afternoons dealing with local transport issues. Since we are in a society, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't have big trucks coming right to the door. Most of the heavy stuff happens elsewhere, and this is where the brains of the operation are. We don't use big marketing slogans or try to sound like we are better than anyone else. We just do the paperwork, make the phone calls, and ensure the freight gets to where it is supposed to go. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We’ve been here for a while and it works for us. That is basically our setup.
