We operate out of House No-H.L.-122 in Phase-1 over here in Mohali. It’s a residential area originally, but we’ve had our setup here in this part of Punjab for quite some time. Being in Distt. Ropar keeps us busy with local requirements. It's not a big corporate building, just a regular house converted into an office space where we handle our business affairs. The neighbors know us, and it’s a fairly quiet street most mornings. We do whatever work comes our way under the Essar Limited name. Mostly, it’s about managing the daily tasks and keeping things running smoothly. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just desks, some computers, and a lot of files. The staff here is local, mostly people from around Mohali or nearby villages who commute in. We find that being in a quiet neighborhood helps us focus better than being in the middle of a loud commercial hub. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight on the street, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the work, pay the bills, and try to stay organized. It’s a simple setup for a simple business approach. If you’re looking for us, look for the house number because there isn’t a huge sign out front. It’s just how we like to operate—low key and steady for the people who need us.
