EMCO Switchgears Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of 210, Industrial Area, Phase-1. This is where EMCO Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. does all its daily business. The workshop is a large space filled with metal parts and electrical panels. You can usually hear the sound of metal being cut or bolted together throughout the day. It is a very hands-on environment, and we all wear sturdy boots because there is always something heavy being moved. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of use over the years. We keep the switchgear components organized in big bins along the walls. Phase-1 is a pretty standard industrial zone, so we are surrounded by other factories and workshops doing similar hard work. The office part is just a small corner partitioned off so we can handle the billing and the drawings. It is often quite warm in here, especially when the machines have been running for a few hours. We don't spend much time on decorations; the focus is always on the assembly line and the testing area. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we don't need much instruction to get things moving. It is just a solid, working-class setup where we put in our hours and make sure the gear is ready for whoever needs it. Nothing fancy, just the way we like it. The work is steady and it keeps the lights on for everyone.
