We have been operating Emaar Mgf Land Private Limited from this spot in Mohali for quite some time now. Our office is located at 1759, Phase 3B-2, right near Sec-70. It is a pretty lively area, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Mohali has grown so much lately, and it is interesting to see how the neighborhood changes. Our building is a simple place, nothing like those tall glass towers you see in the bigger cities. We have a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The team is small, mostly locals who live nearby and walk or cycle to work. We spend our days mostly looking over papers and making calls to get things sorted. Punjab weather can be a bit harsh, especially in the summer, so we are thankful for the air conditioner when it decides to work. We don't really have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. If you come by, just knock and someone will eventually look up from their screen. 160070 is our pin code if you are sending us a letter. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in files and coffee mugs. It’s just how we work. No big corporate rules or fancy speeches here. We just come in, do the work, and head home to our families in the evening. It’s a pretty regular routine for all of us.
