Electrotherm India Ltd is located right in the heart of the P.U Campus area in Sector-14, Chandigarh. If you know the university, you know it’s a lot quieter and greener than the rest of the city. Our office at C-84 is a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main commercial sectors, but we like the calm atmosphere here. Most of us have been working in this branch for quite a while now. We spend our mornings checking emails and getting the technical details sorted for the projects coming in. It’s a bit different from a typical industrial site because we’re surrounded by students and academic buildings. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when everyone is online, but we manage. We aren’t a huge team here, just a handful of people making sure things run smoothly. The building itself is older, typical of Chandigarh’s architecture, with those big windows and solid walls. In the winter, it gets quite chilly, so we usually have a heater tucked under the desk. Lunch is usually spent walking over to one of the local spots nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or flashy signs outside. It’s just us doing the daily grind and keeping track of our assignments. It’s a steady pace, and we prefer it that way. No big speeches or corporate jargon, just the work that needs finishing before the day ends. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
