Elecon Packpet

Elecon Packpet is located in Sector 4 of Village Naryal. We are at Khasra No. 455/423. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before because the roads in the village can be confusing. Once you get here, you’ll see our small warehouse. We work mostly with plastics and packaging materials. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. There are about six of us who work here full-time. We share a small tiffin room for breaks. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed as long as the work is getting done. We don't have a big boss who stays in a closed office; everyone is out on the floor together. Sometimes we stay late if a big order needs to go out, but usually, we wrap up by six. Naryal is a quiet enough place once you get off the main road. We’ve seen the area grow over the years, with more buildings popping up around us. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the day's tasks. There’s no fancy jargon here. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If a box is torn, we tape it up. It’s just how things work in a small shop like ours. We are just trying to do a good job and keep things steady for the families who depend on this place. It's a simple life here and we like it. It makes for a decent enough day for us.
