If you come to Sector 44 Marol, you’ll find us at Sco 367. This is where Dtdc Courier & Cargo runs from. It’s a busy place. There are always packages coming in and going out. We spend our time scanning barcodes and sorting stuff into piles. It’s physical work. My back hurts sometimes from lifting the heavier crates. The office is often cluttered with bubble wrap and tape. We don’t really have time to keep it pristine. People come in to drop off their parcels and we just weigh them and give them a receipt. It’s very routine. We hear the sounds of the city all day. Marol is a fast-paced area, and we just keep up with it. We have a small team here. We know each other's habits by now. Sometimes the printer jams when we are trying to print out labels, which is a pain. But we just fix it and keep going. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just move cargo. There are a lot of boxes everywhere. Sometimes we lose a pen and find it a week later under a stack of envelopes. It’s just how it goes. We work the hours, handle the goods, and go home. That's really all there is to our daily life here. We just make sure the cargo is ready for the next pickup without making a big fuss about the messy desks or the piles of tape.
