Our main base is really out in the Nawanshahr district, but we have this office over at 988/10, Badal Colony in Zirakpur. It’s in the Mohali area of Punjab, which is always growing and changing. Dsm Anti-Infectives India Ltd., Distt. Nawanshahr, Punjab. deals with some pretty serious stuff like medicines and health products, so things can get a bit technical around here. The Zirakpur office is where a lot of the coordination happens. It’s a regular building in a residential-feeling colony, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office park. Sometimes the roads around Badal Colony get a bit dusty or crowded, but that’s just Punjab for you. We spend our days talking to people across the state and making sure everything is running the way it should at the production side. It isn't a place with fancy furniture or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us, some sturdy desks, and a lot of files. Working in anti-infectives means you have to be careful about the details, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate show. We just want to make sure the work is done right and the supplies are getting out to where they are needed. It’s a practical way to run a business, and being in a spot like Zirakpur keeps us close to the main transport routes.
