Dr. Arora'S Clinic

You can find Dr. Arora’s Clinic in Sector 35 C, over at SCO 485-486. It’s one of those standard commercial blocks that you see all over Chandigarh. We’ve been operating out of this specific space for quite some time now. The clinic is basically a place where people from the sector come when they aren't feeling their best or have a nagging health issue. We handle a bit of everything here, from common fevers to general aches and pains. The layout is very simple, with a front area for waiting and then the consultation rooms in the back where it’s a bit quieter. It’s a bit of a walk-up building, but nothing too difficult for most people. We don't have a polished corporate look; the walls have some old medical charts on them and the furniture is just basic office stuff we've had for years. We try to keep things moving so people aren't sitting around for hours, though sometimes things get backed up if a patient has a complicated problem. Dr. Arora usually has a lot of files to go through by the end of the day. It’s a local clinic for the residents here, and we know many of our patients by their first names now. We don't use any fancy digital systems for everything, just a paper logbook and a phone that rings quite a bit throughout the morning. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of town. If you need a check-up, we are here during the regular hours.
