Dlf Utilites Ltd. is based inside the Dlf City Centre Mall, right near the IT Park and Kishan Gadh. It’s a bit of a strange place for an office, being in a mall, but it works for us because we’re close to everything. We handle utility services, which means a lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people don’t think about until something stops working. The office is tucked away from the main shopping areas, so it stays relatively quiet despite all the shoppers nearby. We don't have fancy storefronts; it’s just a functional workspace with some desks and a lot of logbooks. Working near Kishan Gadh means we see a mix of the new IT crowd and the local residents. It’s an interesting spot to be in. We don't use any of that big corporate talk here. We’re just the people who make sure things like power and water and other basics are managed properly for the area. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls, while other days we’re out checking on equipment. We don’t have a "mission statement" pinned to the wall; we just try to stay on top of the maintenance and requests that come in. It can be a bit of a grind, especially when there’s a big problem to solve, but we just get through it. It’s practical work for a busy area, and being in the City Centre Mall makes it easy for us to grab a quick bite when we’re too busy.
