Dlf Homes,Chand

We've been over at 393 in Sector 10 for a while now. Most people around Panchkula know this area pretty well because it’s a quiet spot but still close to everything. Our office is just a regular place where we handle the paperwork and meetings for the Dlf Homes projects. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We spend most of our days talking to people who want to know about houses or just stopping by to check on their documents. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to remember they need something at the same time. The staff here is small. We mostly just keep to ourselves and try to get the work done without making a big fuss. If you walk past Sector 10, you might see us coming and going throughout the day. The weather in Panchkula can get quite hot in the summers, so the AC in the office is usually running full blast to keep us from melting. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about what we do. It’s just us. We deal with the day-to-day things that come with managing homes. It's a lot of phone calls and checking maps or floor plans. We like it this way because it’s simple. People know where to find us if they have a question about their place.
