Dhiman Vijay Kumar Architect

My workspace is located at H.No.2140/2 in Sector -37-C. I am Dhiman Vijay Kumar, and I’ve been working as an architect in this area for a long time. The office is part of the house, so there isn't much of a commute for me, which is nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except when the kids are playing outside in the afternoons. Inside, the walls are mostly covered with sketches and old blueprints from past jobs I’ve finished. I have a big wooden table where I do most of my thinking and drawing. It’s been with me since I started. I don't really go for the high-tech stuff unless it’s absolutely necessary. I think there’s something better about working things out by hand first. Clients usually come by to sit in the small chair by my desk and talk about what they need for their property. I listen and try to give them something that makes sense for their budget. I don't use big words or try to act like I know more than I do. It’s just about building something that stays standing and looks okay. I keep regular hours, but sometimes I’m still working late at night if the ideas are flowing well. Sector -37-C is a comfortable place to live and work. It’s familiar, and I know where everything is, from the best stationery shop to the quickest way to the main road.
