Dham Architects

Dham Architects is located over in Sector 34, specifically in Devdeep Society, units 358-59. We've been here for a good while now. It’s a busy area, but our office stays pretty focused on the work at hand. If you’ve ever tried to plan out a building, you know it takes a lot of patience. That’s mostly what we do here—drawing, checking measurements, and making sure everything fits the lot. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team. We share the space and spend our mornings going over site plans. Sometimes the afternoon is just spent on the phone with contractors or checking on materials. It gets a bit messy with all the paper rolls and samples lying around, but we know where everything is. The society is a decent place to work from. There’s always someone coming or going. When people stop by, they usually have a rough idea of what they want, and we just try to put it on paper so it can actually be built. It’s a lot of math and local codes, which isn't very exciting to talk about, but it’s the bulk of the job. We don’t have a big sign or anything. Just the office number on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just living nearby. It works out okay for everyone involved in the process.
