Deepika Architect

Deepika Architect is tucked away over here at H.No.1679 in Sector-23 B. It’s more of a home-style office setup, which keeps things quiet and focused. I spend most of my mornings looking at site plans and making sure the measurements are right. Being in Sector-23 B is nice because it’s a settled neighborhood. People around here know where to find me if they need some architectural help. I don’t have a big team or a fancy lobby with modern furniture. It is usually just me and the drawing board. I’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know how the local building stuff works. Most people come to me through word of mouth. They might have seen a house nearby that I worked on. I try to keep the process simple for everyone involved. There’s always a lot of tea and plenty of paper scattered around the room. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello while I'm working. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a local business doing what we can for the folks around here. I handle the drawings, the planning, and the site visits myself usually. It’s a lot of walking and checking on things, but it’s good work. If you are in the sector and need to chat about a project, my door at 1679 is usually open during the day. I prefer just getting the work done without any of the extra fuss.
