Deepak Spinners Ltd.

We operate out of House Number 3423 in Sector 32-D here in Chandigarh. It is a pretty quiet area compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs, but we keep ourselves busy enough. Spinning and textiles are what we know. The office is set up in a way that works for us, even if it is not the most modern space you have ever seen. Most of our hours are spent looking at yarn samples and dealing with the various mills we work with. There is a lot of talk about thread counts and fiber quality, which might seem boring to some, but it is our bread and butter. We have got a small team, and everyone wears a few different hats to keep things running. Chandigarh is a nice place to work, and we appreciate the orderliness of the sectors. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails about shipments. We do not go in for any of that corporate branding stuff. Our local company tries to make sure our products meet the needs of the people buying them. Sometimes things get backed up, and we have to stay late to sort out the paperwork. It is just the way things go in this business. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and talk about what needs to get done for the next day. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in our neighborhood.
