Up here at 5425/2 in the Modern Complex, life at Dcm Shriram Consolidated Limited is pretty much what you’d expect from a Manimajra office. Chandigarh has that specific rhythm, and we just fit right into it. The building isn't brand new, but it holds up well enough for what we need. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to folks on the phone. Sometimes the traffic outside near the complex gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. Our space here isn't huge, but it's enough for the team to get things sorted. We don't have those fancy glass walls or high-end furniture you see in the magazines. It's just wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. Every morning we open the shutters, let some air in, and start going through the pile of stuff from yesterday. It’s a bit repetitive, sure, but there’s a certain comfort in knowing what needs to be done. We’ve got a good group of people here who don't mind getting their hands dirty when things get busy. Most of us have been around for years now.
