D. K. Plast

D. K. Plast is over at Plot No. 643 in Industrial Area-2. It’s a pretty basic setup, but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our waking hours inside these walls. The industrial area is always humming with some kind of activity, and we’re just one small part of that. We aren’t really into big speeches or fancy advertising. Most of our day is spent making sure the equipment is running and the space is somewhat tidy. It’s hard to keep things clean in a place like Plot No. 643, but we try our best. There are a lot of other businesses on this street, so it’s never really quiet. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the trucks and the neighbors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. D. K. Plast is basically a small team of people. We don’t have a lot of hierarchy or formal meetings. We just talk about what needs to be finished today and then we do it. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular folks. We value the fact that we have a steady place to work here in Industrial Area-2. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it pours, but we just move the stuff out of the way. It is what it is, and we just keep on going. We've been at Plot No. 643 for a long time now.
