Cypress India

We’ve been set up at Plot No. 143 in Phase 2 of the Industrial Area here in Chandigarh for several years. Cypress India isn't one of those flashy tech companies you see in the papers. We are a practical bunch of people working in a plain brick building. The industrial area can be a bit chaotic with all the traffic and deliveries, but inside our gates, we try to keep things moving smoothly. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and making sure our inventory matches what’s on the screen. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch and talk about everything except work. The building itself is a bit old, and the roof leaks a tiny bit when there’s a really heavy monsoon rain, but we've patched it up as best we can. We don't have a big public relations team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just communicate directly with the people we do business with. It’s about being reliable and being here when the doors open every morning. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like the same small team that started out. We just want to finish our work, make sure the shipments go out, and get home to our families at a decent hour. It's a living and we're okay with it.
