Chandigarh Polypacks

Chandigarh Polypacks is located at Plot No. 111 in Industrial Area-1. We have been at this address for a long time now. Phase 1 is a busy part of the city for businesses like ours. Our building is a simple structure on a rectangular plot. We do not have any big logos or bright lights on the outside. Inside, it is all about the work. We make packaging materials and the machines run for most of the day. It gets loud, but we are used to the sound by now. The staff here is mostly local folks who live nearby. We do not have any formal HR or big management levels. If there is a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. The area around Plot 111 has a lot of history and we have seen many businesses come and go over the years. We have managed to stay because we keep our overheads low and focus on the daily tasks. The roads here are wide enough for the trucks, which helps with the shipping. During the rainy season, the area gets a bit muddy, but we just carry on with the schedule. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a honest way to live and work in Chandigarh for us.
