Chander Subhash Architect

We are based in Sector 22C, specifically at S.C.O. 2469-70. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy part of the city with lots of shops and offices. Chander Subhash Architect has been here for a good amount of time. The office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have our drafting tables, a few computers that have seen better days, and a lot of rolled-up drawings in the corners. It’s not a showroom. It’s a workspace. We don’t spend much time worrying about the latest office trends. We’d rather spend that time working on the projects our clients bring us. Sector 22C is a convenient location for most people to drop by. We get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask a quick question about a house or a shop they are building. We try to be helpful and give them an honest answer. We aren't interested in being the most expensive or the most famous firm. We just want to be the ones who get the job done right. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. From answering the door to drawing up a site plan. It keeps things interesting for us. We like the pace of Sector 22C. There’s always something going on outside on the street. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the work at hand every day. It is how we prefer things and it has worked out so far for everyone.
