Chadha Simrandeep Singh Architect

My name is Chadha Simrandeep Singh and my architecture office is located at 510, Sector 33-B. It’s basically just a workspace where I spend a lot of time thinking about how things should be built. Sector 33-B is a quiet enough place to get work done without too many distractions. I have a few desks set up and some shelves full of old folders and samples. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and emails. I spend a lot of time looking at regulations and making sure everything is up to code. It’s not always the creative part people think it is. There’s a lot of boring paperwork involved in architecture. I go out to sites whenever I need to check on progress, but I prefer being in the office where I have all my tools. The light in this building is okay, though it gets a bit dark in the afternoons. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. Sometimes friends drop by for a quick chat, which breaks up the day. My routine doesn’t change much from week to week. I handle the projects as they come in, trying to stay on top of the deadlines. It can be stressful when multiple things are happening at once. But I just take it one step at a time. It’s a steady way to make a living and I’m used to the rhythm of it by now. It keeps me busy enough.
