Carat Lane Store

You can find us at the Elante Mall, specifically on the 2nd floor, unit 229A. This is in the Industrial Area Phase-1 part of town. Working in a mall is quite different from a street shop. Everything is climate-controlled, but it still gets hectic during the weekends when families come through. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases and organizing the pieces we have on display. Carat Lane Store is a spot where people come to look at things for special days. We don’t do big sales pitches. Usually, someone walks in, looks around, and we just tell them what we have. The mall vibe is always busy, especially being in Elante Mall. We see a lot of different faces every day. Our space on the second floor is tucked in between other shops, so you have to look for the sign. We’ve got a small back room for our stuff and a few chairs for when customers want to sit down and talk. It’s a clean place, but we keep it grounded. We aren't trying to be overly fancy, even if the items are nice. We just want to help people find what they came for. Most days are steady. We keep track of the inventory and make sure the lights are working right. It’s a regular job for us, just in a bigger building than most shops. We handle things as they come.
