C &A Construction Co. is located in Sector 17 of the Industrial Area in Mohali, at unit C 58. Being in the industrial zone means we are right in the middle of where all the heavy work happens. Our office is more like a hub where we coordinate our different construction projects. It’s not the kind of place with plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. It’s a practical space with sturdy desks and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We have our crew and our contractors coming in and out at all hours of the day. It can get pretty noisy with all the industrial activity nearby, but that’s the environment we thrive in. We don't have a professional spokesperson or a team of marketing experts. We just do the work and let the finished buildings show what we can do. Mohali has been growing so fast, and we’ve been busy keeping up with the demand for construction. We’ve been at C 58 for quite some time now, and we know the area and the local suppliers very well. Sometimes we are out at site meetings all day, but someone is usually back at the office to keep things running. It’s a tough business with a lot of moving parts, but we enjoy the challenge. We are just a local construction company doing our thing in Sector 17.
