Bhasin Industries

We've been here at 438-A Industrial Area Phase II for a while now. It's Bhasin Industries. The shop floor gets pretty loud during the day, but that's just how it is when things are moving. We mostly focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing sits around for too long. People around here know the building. It's not fancy. Just a lot of metal and machines. Some of the guys have been with us since the start. We drink tea in the morning before the shifts really pick up. The traffic in Phase II can be a mess around five, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush hits. It’s hard work, sure. My hands are usually greasy by noon. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. That’s just the way we do things at Bhasin Industries. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s not a big corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s just a workshop where we make things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a bit dusty, but it’s home for us during the day. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. Most of our tools have seen better days, but they still get the job done right every time.
