Bhagat Atam Prakash Singh Architect

Our place is House Number 1106 in Sector 34-C. Bhagat Atam Prakash Singh Architect has been working from this house for quite a while now. It doesn’t feel like a corporate office because it’s a residence turned into a workspace. We have a few drafting tables and chairs scattered around what used to be the living room. There are rolls of paper and rulers everywhere you look. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The sector is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day compared to the city center. We have a small garden in the front that looks a bit wild since we don't always have time to trim it. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello. We spend our time drawing up plans and talking about construction details. It’s a hands-on kind of job, so our hands are often covered in graphite or ink. We don't have a receptionist or any fancy automated systems. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We like being in Sector 34-C because it’s easy for people to find us. The atmosphere is relaxed, and we just take each project as it comes without making a big production out of it. We keep a fan going in the corner because it gets stuffy with all the paper around.
