Bds Lighting

Bds Lighting is based out of 447 in the Industrial Area, Phase-2, Ramdarbar. If you’ve ever walked or driven through Ramdarbar, you know it’s a place where things are actually being made. Our unit at 447 is just like the others around us—utilitarian and focused on the job. We don’t have a fancy sign or a manicured garden out front. It’s an industrial area, so it’s dusty, noisy, and busy. That’s just the way it is. At Bds Lighting, we spend our time managing whatever comes through the door. Some days are more hectic than others, depending on the orders and the transport schedules. The people who work here aren't really the type to sit in long meetings talking about abstract goals. We’d rather just get the work finished. We have our routines and we stick to them. Phase-2, Ramdarbar can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The lunch breaks are usually quick, and we often grab something from the nearby stalls. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We value the fact that we can just do our work without a lot of unnecessary layers of management or corporate rules. It’s just a group of people at 447 trying to earn a living and keep the business going. We aren't flashy, but we are here every day. We don't worry about looking polished.
