Bansal Sonica Architect

Our office is tucked away in Sector 27/D at House Number 3054. It’s a quiet enough part of the sector, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on drawings and plans. Bansal Sonica Architect has been running out of this spot for a while. It’s basically a house that we use for work, so it has that lived-in feel to it. There are blueprints usually spread out over the main table and a couple of computers that hum all day. We have some plants near the window that probably need more water than they get. People come in to talk about their houses or shops they want to build. We just sit down and look at the papers together. It isn’t a high-rise glass building or anything like that. We like the local vibe of the area. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and wave. The parking outside can be a bit tight depending on the time of day, but we make it work. Most of the furniture is stuff we’ve had since we started. It’s a practical space where we spend a lot of hours. We don’t have a big reception desk or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to see us right there at the desks working on something. It’s just a straightforward place for doing architecture work without any extra fuss or corporate layers. We usually have the radio on low in the background while we draw.
