Bajwa Food Exports Private Limited is over in Sector 20 D in Chandigarh, at House Number 3069/1. It’s a busy little office where we handle all the details for exporting food products. Since we are in a residential house, it feels more like a home-grown business than a corporate office. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of moving food items and making sure all the government forms are filled out correctly. Sector 20 is a pretty active part of Chandigarh, so there is always something happening outside. Inside, we are usually busy tracking shipments or arguing with shipping agents over the phone. We don't have a big team, just enough people to keep the wheels turning. There are often boxes of product samples sitting around the office, and the printer is usually running non-stop. We aren't into big marketing talk or trying to look more important than we are. We just know the food export business well and work hard to keep everything on track. Some days are stressful when there are delays at the port, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a very hands-on job where we have to stay on top of everything ourselves. We like being in Sector 20 D because it’s a central location but still has that neighborhood feel that suits our way of working.
