Avtar Singh Osan Architect

My office is tucked away in Sector-20-A at House Number 21. I have been working as an architect for quite some time now and this space is where everything happens. It is a quiet residential area which makes it easier to concentrate on the drafting. Usually, it is just me and maybe a couple of helpers depending on how many projects are active. We spend a lot of time drawing and then redrawing things because that is just how architecture works. You think you have it right and then you notice a small detail that needs to change. I mostly take on local work because I like to be able to drive over to the site quickly if there is an issue. It is better to see things in person than just looking at photos. The desk is always covered in pens, scales, and half-empty tea cups. I don’t go for the flashy office look. People come here when they need a house plan or some advice on how to use their space better. I try to be straightforward about what can and cannot be done with a budget. Some days are slow and I just catch up on reading about new materials, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. It is a pretty basic setup but it works for what I do every day. I like having my own space where I can focus on the technical details without too many distractions or corporate meetings getting in the way.
