If you are looking for us, we are over at Plot No 182/66 in the Phase 1 Industrial Area. We are pretty close to Alante Mall, so the traffic can get a bit heavy during the weekends or in the evenings. The road by Hotel Rajshree Road is usually the easiest way to reach our gate. We’ve been operating out of this facility for years, handling different types of automotive products. The building is large, but inside it feels quite crowded because of all the equipment and the staff moving around. It is a very practical space with a lot of noise from the assembly lines. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and making sure the packing is done right. The area around Phase 1 is always humming with activity. You can hear the sounds of other factories nearby all day long. Sometimes we walk over towards the mall area just to get a bit of a change from the industrial scenery. Our team is a mix of older experienced workers and some younger guys who are still learning the ropes. We just focus on the daily numbers and getting the shipments out the door on time. It’s a straightforward way to run things, without any big corporate speeches or complicated rules.
