Atop Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 181 in Industrial Area Phase -2. If you spend any time around here, you know it’s a place where things are actually made. Our plot is just like the others around it, busy with trucks and the sound of machines through the walls. We deal with fasteners, so there are always bins full of bolts and nuts sitting around the floor. It’s heavy work and the shop can get a bit greasy, but that’s normal for this line of business. We’ve got a small team that’s been together for a while, and we all know the routine by now. We don’t spend money on glossy brochures or big signs. Most of our neighbors in Phase 2 know us as the guys at 181. The office is just a room with a couple of old desks where we keep the ledgers and the order forms. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Usually, we’re in work clothes because we’re often out on the floor checking the stock. The industrial area can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, especially when the shifts change, but we like the energy of it. We just focus on getting the counts right and making sure the orders are ready when the trucks show up. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know their trade.
