We operate out of house number 348 in Sector-48-A, which is part of the CPS & RCS Society. It’s a quiet residential area, so it doesn't really feel like a typical corporate office space. You won't find any big signs or glass doors here. We just have a room set up with a couple of large tables and our computers. Working from within a society means we see our neighbors every day when we step out for a break. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don't follow a very strict dress code. Most days it’s just about getting the drawings finished and making sure the measurements are right for whatever project we are on. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors or waiting for materials to arrive at different sites. Since we are in a housing society, it’s easy for people to just drop by if they live nearby and want to discuss a small change to their floor plan. We don't have a team of secretaries, so usually, I’m the one answering the door or the phone. It is a small setup, but it works for us. The desk is always messy with pens and rolls of paper, but that's how we know we’re actually getting stuff done. It’s a honest way to earn a living and we like being part of the local community here.
