Arjan Lal Chawla Architect

My office is located at H.No.641/1 in Sector-41/A. I’ve been working as an architect in this area for quite some time now. The office is part of the property here in Sector-41/1, so it’s easy for people to find me. I don’t have a big corporate team or a fancy building with my name in lights. It’s just a practical space where I work on building designs and help people get their construction projects off the ground. Most days are spent either at my desk or visiting sites to make sure the work is going according to the plan. I handle all the technical drawings and the paperwork for local approvals. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, but I like it. People in the neighborhood often stop by to ask for advice on a renovation or a new build. I try to give them honest answers based on my years of experience. The office isn't anything special to look at—just a room full of papers, books, and drawing tools. But it’s where the real work happens. I don’t use any complicated marketing jargon or make big promises. I just focus on making sure the designs are solid and the dimensions are correct. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, and I enjoy being part of the local community here in Sector-41. If the door is open, I’m usually inside working on a blueprint or a site report.
