We’ve been running things here at 673/3 Kishanpura for a while now. Baddi is a busy spot for this kind of work, and being in the Salon area of Himachal Pradesh keeps us on our toes. It’s mostly just us getting through the daily tasks and making sure things get out the door. The hills around here are nice, but inside the facility, it’s all about the work. We don't really do the fancy corporate talk. Most of the people working here live nearby in the 173105 zip code area. It’s a straightforward setup. Some days are busier than others, especially when shipments are moving in and out of the yard. We just try to keep the machines running and the paperwork in order. If you walk by, you’ll see we aren’t a massive flashy office, just a solid building where we get our hands dirty. It’s been a few years now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the local industrial area. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay consistent with what we do every day. It’s a lot of coordination between the floor and the small office space we have. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs doing next. Some of the neighbors stop by sometimes just to chat. It’s just how we operate.
