Our location is 136-140/90 in the Industrial Area, Phase-1. It’s a pretty standard spot for a business like ours. The building has been here for years, and you can see the wear on the walls. We’ve got several sections inside for different stages of the work. It’s usually quite loud because of the heavy machinery we use. The smell of oil and metal is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We don’t have any fancy carpets or soft chairs, just sturdy benches and stools. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. We get a lot of deliveries of raw materials, so the loading dock is often blocked with pallets. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and parts stored everywhere. We try to keep it as clean as possible, but it’s an industrial unit, so things get messy quickly. During the breaks, we sit outside on the steps to get some fresh air away from the machines. It’s a busy life, and we don't spend much time worrying about the office looking perfect. We just want to make sure the machines are running and the orders are going out on time. The power cuts sometimes happen, and then we just wait it out until the lights come back on.
