Aileron Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is situated over in Raipur Khurd. This whole area has been changing quite a bit lately with new buildings going up and more traffic coming through. Our place is a bit of a distance if you are coming from the main parts of the city. Raipur Khurd has a mixed feel to it, like it is halfway between the town and the countryside. The building we occupy is strong and keeps the rain out. We spend most of our daylight hours inside looking over lists and checking on boxes. It can get a little dusty because there is some road work happening just a few blocks away. We have a couple of rooms that we use for our daily chores. It is not a polished corporate space with a fancy front desk or a lobby. Usually, if the door opens, one of us just looks up from whatever we are doing. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep our energy up. The walls are a plain color and we have an old calendar hanging up that we sometimes forget to change. We handle our tasks without much noise. The floor is made of grey stone and it stays nice and cool during the hot months. We have a tiny spot outside for our scooters.
