Agrawal Sushma B. Architect

Agrawal Sushma B. Architect is located at 638, Psb Society, Sector 49A. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. It is a regular society apartment that we have turned into our main workspace. It feels like a home because it mostly is one, just with more computers and drafting tables than usual. Being in Sector 49A is convenient for us since a lot of our projects are in this part of the city. We don't have a big staff, so things stay pretty personal here. When you come by, you’re usually walking into a room where someone is busy working on a CAD drawing or checking some structural details. There is always a pot of tea going and the windows are usually open if the weather is nice. We do a lot of work for local residents, helping them with extensions or new builds. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the municipal authorities, which can be a headache, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most of our clients are people who live in the society or nearby and saw our sign or heard about us from a friend. We just try to provide honest drawings that make sense for the space people have available. We spend most of our time at our desks but we do get out to sites often enough.
