Aggarwal Swati Architect

Our office, Aggarwal Swati Architect, is located at House No.1364/A in Sector-28/B. It is a residential area, so it feels a lot more relaxed than a downtown office building. We like it that way because it’s quiet and we can actually hear ourselves think while we are drawing. The house has been converted into a workspace where we keep all our files and equipment. It’s not unusual to see someone from the neighborhood stopping by just to ask a quick question about a permit or a renovation idea. We do a lot of local work, helping families turn their ideas into something a builder can actually follow. Sector-28/B is a nice part of town, and being based here makes it easy for us to visit sites nearby. The desks are usually piled high with site surveys and samples of tiles or wood. We don’t really go for a polished look in here; it is more about having everything we need within arm's reach. We spend our mornings mostly on coordination and our afternoons are usually for the actual design work. It is a steady pace of life. We focus on making sure the drawings are accurate so there aren't any surprises later on. It’s just us doing what we do, day in and day out, from our little corner of the sector. It works for us and the people we help with their home projects.
