We are situated near Adarsh Public School, right opposite Sector 45-D in the Burail area. Our office is in the Roochi Traders building, Scf. 248. It’s a busy little corner of the world. You can hear the kids at the school during their recess, which reminds us of the time. Our office is full of files, folders, and a few old computers that have seen better days but still work fine for what we need. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through paperwork for our clients. It’s not a high-tech environment. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually buried under some documents and sticky notes. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now, so we’re a familiar face in the building. There’s a lot of back and forth with different people every day. We don’t really have a big staff, just a couple of us managing the load. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is always a welcome break from the forms and filing. We don't use any fancy jargon or have big meetings about goals. We just take the work as it comes and try to help people with their questions. It’s a steady pace, and we like being right here in the middle of the local activity. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, but it’s our place.
