A2Z Hr Consultants Private Limited is based over in Sector 34 at B-10A/100D. It’s a busy sector and our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with HR work all day long, which mostly means we are looking at resumes, talking to people about jobs, and handling a lot of administrative stuff. The office itself is quite simple and we haven't changed much since we moved in. We have some sturdy desks and plenty of shelves for all the records we have to keep. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of interviews lined up or when the phone won't stop ringing, but we just take it one person at a time. The atmosphere isn't very formal; we mostly just talk to each other across the room while we work. Sector 34 is a convenient spot for us and for the people who come to see us. We don't go in for any of that polished marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we get to it. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to clean up the files, but usually, there is enough to keep us busy from morning until evening. It is just a practical place where we work hard to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local business helping out with HR needs.
