A. N. Industry

A. N. Industry is situated at 265, Phase 2, Industrial Area. This part of the city is dedicated to work, so there isn't much else around except other factories and small canteens. Our building at number 265 is a plain concrete structure that does what it needs to do. Inside, it’s mostly open space filled with machines and worktables. We keep the lights on for long hours because there is always something to finish. The floor is painted grey, but it’s mostly chipped away now from all the heavy lifting. We don’t have an air-conditioned lobby or a fancy entrance. You just walk through the main shutter and you’re in the middle of it. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, and we’ve all been working together for a while. There’s a rhythm to the day, starting with the machines warming up and ending with the final sweep of the floor. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy inside when the big fans are just moving the warm air around. Phase 2 can be a confusing place for visitors because all the buildings look the same, but we are easy to spot once you get to the right street. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to answer phones with a script. We just handle the business as it comes and try to keep everything running smoothly. It is just a normal, working factory floor.
