Maheshwari Tea Company

We’ve been running Maheshwari Tea Company out of Ward No.3 in Shivpuri for a while now. The village is quiet, and our place is easy to find because it’s right near the Jal Mandir. Most days start pretty early around here. We spend a lot of time looking at different batches of tea leaves. It’s a simple setup. We aren't a big fancy office with a lot of people in suits. My family helps out with the packing and making sure everything is stored right so the tea stays fresh. Being in Shivpuri means we know most people who walk by every day. People stop in, talk about the weather or the local news, and pick up their tea for the week. The Jal Mandir is a good landmark for anyone visiting from outside the village who might get lost. We just try to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and it makes work a bit slow in the afternoons, but we get through it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. It's just tea. We make sure the bags are filled and the stock is ready. If you are near the post office or the temple, you can see where we work. It’s just a regular local business trying to do its part. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve stayed in this spot for years because it works for us. The daily routine is basically the same every morning. Open the shutters, check the inventory, and wait for the local folks to come by. It’s how we’ve always done it.
