Mahajan Research College & Coaching

Mahajan Research College & Coaching is located near the Sabji Mandi on Court Road in Shivpuri. Being so close to the vegetable market means it is always lively around here. You can hear the vendors and the general bustle of the town from the front steps. We occupy a building that has seen a lot of use over the years. Inside, there are several rooms where we hold our coaching sessions and college classes. It is a practical space, mostly filled with chairs and whiteboards. We have students coming in from different parts of the 473551 zip code, some traveling quite a distance on buses. The atmosphere is usually quite serious because everyone is there to study for their exams. We don't have air conditioning in every room, so the fans are always humming in the background. It gets hot in Shivpuri, especially in May, but the students are used to it. We drink a lot of tea in the office while we wait for the next batch to arrive. There isn't much in the way of decoration on the walls, just some notices and exam schedules. We just provide a place for people to learn and get through their courses. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the coaching classes are full. We just keep the doors open and the lights on for everyone who comes here.
