Eat Street is right on Gurudwara Road, which is a place that stays pretty active throughout the day. We chose this spot because there are always people moving around, especially those coming from the Gurudwara or just passing through the neighborhood. It’s not a massive establishment, just a regular place where we prepare food and serve whoever comes through the door. The kitchen stays quite busy and you can usually hear the sound of pans hitting the stove from the front. We keep things pretty straightforward here. The tables are simple and we try to keep the place clean, though it gets a bit chaotic during the rush hours when everyone wants their order at the same time. The street outside can be a bit noisy with scooters and cars, but that’s just part of being on a main road like this. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients in the mornings before the first customers arrive. It's a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the orders go out right. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign, just the name and the food we make. Most of the people who stop by are locals who live nearby or work in the shops down the street. It’s a basic routine of cooking, cleaning, and talking to the regulars who have been coming since we opened up on Gurudwara Road.
