Vaskal Foundation

We are the Vaskal Foundation and you can find us at Bipin Kumar Pandey’s place in Khandwari. This is in the Sakaldiha area of Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. The zip code is 232109. It is quite a rural setting, away from the big cities. We work out of a simple building that Bipin provides. It is a very humble setup with just the basics. We have a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs. It gets quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but we are used to the weather here. Sakaldiha is a small place where life moves at its own pace. We spend our days meeting with locals and keeping our records in order. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. People just know us as the foundation at Bipin’s house. It is a very direct way of operating. We have some old maps on the walls and a few stacks of books. There isn't any corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and simple living. The road to Khandwari can be a bit rough, but it gets you where you need to go. We are happy being a small part of the Chandauli district. It feels good to be grounded in a real place with real people. We don't need anything more than this simple office to do what we do.
