Ujalauday Gramin Nidhi Limited

You can find us in Tilak Nagar, over in Ward Number 5. We are located in the Lokmanya area of Chandauli, pin code 232104. It’s a typical local office. We have some wooden desks and a couple of metal cabinets where we lock everything up at night. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We are mostly focused on helping the local gramin or rural folks with their small savings. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels right to be doing it here in our own town. Chandauli is home for us. We see the same faces every week and we know who is who. When someone comes in, we usually spend a few minutes talking about the weather or the crops before we get down to business. It makes the day feel more human. We don't have a big computer system that does everything. We still do a lot of things by hand and keep physical books. It feels more reliable that way. Sometimes the internet is slow, so having the paper records is a good thing. We are just a small group of people trying to run a decent business without any fuss. No one here wears a tie or uses big business words. We just talk like we always have. It is just the way we have always handled things. We enjoy being a small part of the neighborhood.
