Sanghai Edibles

Our place is located on Chakya Road in Mughal Sarai, Chandauli. We do work with edible goods, mostly processing things that people use in their kitchens every day. It is a busy part of Chandauli, and the traffic on Chakya Road can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The building isn't anything to look at from the outside, just a plain structure where we get the work done. Inside, it is all about the production lines and the storage. We have been here for a good number of years and have seen the area change around us. We are just regular people running a business that makes sense for the local market. There is no corporate ladder here, just the owner and the workers doing their bit. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in because we would not want to sell something we would not eat ourselves. It gets loud when all the equipment is running at once. We do not have fancy brochures or a marketing team. Most people find out about us because they see our delivery vans or hear about us from other shopkeepers. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup. We just focus on keeping the supplies moving and the floors swept. It is a long day but we get through it together as a team.
