We are based out of Dhoos Khas in Kori, right at Tarkeshwar Mishra’s place. It’s a bit out of the way if you aren't from this part of the region, but it's where we do all our planning. Radhya Builders And Promoters Llp is a small operation. We focus on building houses and promoting local land projects. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how to get a building up and how to deal with the local authorities. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the actual construction sites making sure things aren't falling behind. Dealing with labor and materials can be a real headache sometimes, especially when prices go up out of nowhere. But we've been doing this long enough to know how to handle the ups and downs. People in Kori know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what is possible and what it’s going to cost. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We just keep at it and hope the rain stays away when we are pouring concrete.
